Children Tariff Policy

  • Children below 5 yrs are complimentary, sharing parents bed.
  • Children 6-12 yrs of age will be charged at 2000/- per night. Extra mattress, breakfast, and dinner included.
  • Children above 12 yrs will be charged at 3000/- per night. Extra Mattress, breakfast, and dinner included.
  • Children 6-12 yrs without extra bed will be charged at 1500/- per night which includes breakfast and dinner.

Check In / Check Out Policy

  • The above rates are exclusive of all taxes.
  • Check out time: 11:00 AM & Check in time: 01:00 PM.
  • Late check-out is available on request and subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • 25% Cancellation fee if cancelled 15 days prior to check-in date.
  • 50% Cancellation fee if cancelled 10 days prior to check-in date.
  • 75% Cancellation fee if cancelled 07 days prior to check-in date.
  • 100% Cancellation fee if cancelled in less than 7 days prior to check-in date.
  • Bookings are provisional until payment is received; confirmation will be provided once payment is secured.
  • A full refund will be issued if no rooms are available after payment is made.
  • Cancellations are not accepted over the phone. All cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Accommodation may be extendable on a pro-rata basis subject to availability.
  • All disputes subject to Manali Jurisdiction.
